Physical Principle:
Low frequency pulse current is microampere level, no harm to human body. Non-drug, no dependence after use, still helps sleep after discontinuation. The current is delivered through the hand acupuncture points, avoiding the risk of direct current stimulation of the brain.
1. When using decompression mode (left hand):
In the relaxed state, the parasympathetic nerve is excited, the peripheral blood vessels dilate, and the hand temperature rises accordingly.
2. When using the stimulation mode (right hand):
Sympathetic nerves are stimulated, blood vessels are constricted, and the temperature of the hand decreases.

Function Description:
M Power key:
1. Press the “M” key for 2 seconds.
2. Press the “M” key again for 2 seconds to shut down.
3. Click “M” in the boot state to switch between massage mode and sleep mode.
Indicator light:
1. The default sleep aid mode is opened, and the indicator is blue. It is recommended to use it with the left hand.
2. Click the “M” key to switch the massage mode. The indicator light is green. It is recommended to use it with your right hand.
3. The indicator light is red during charging and goes off when it is full.
A / V gear key / third gear adjustable.
1. Click to switch gear “A gear plus” square gear minus “.
2. The higher the gear, the brighter the indicator light.
3. The flashing indicator indicates that the maximum or minimum gear has been reached.
Master the method:
The electric extreme is facing the hand, and the hand holds it so that the skin touches the raised electric extreme to form a micro-current return.
